Cacao & Breath Celebration with Teri

Women should be celebrated every day. But the 8th March has been signified as International Women’s Day. And what better way to celebrate all that makes us femininely divine & wildly wonderful than with a delicious mug of heart opening cacao and gentle guided breathwork. Tickets cost €35 per person* and must be reserved in advance at www.empowerwithteri.com During the session we will be welcoming the gentle yet powerful magic of cacao to guide us into our body and soften our hearts whilst inviting the breath and meditation to honour the Goddesses within us.
