Autumn Equinox - Sound Body Sound Mind

Updated information: There is a change of venue and format for this event as sadly, Gemma is unable to join us. This event will now take place at Happy Coulson Studios, Lahitte Toupiere and will include a heart opening mug of Cacao, embodiment and gratitude, and a releasing Biodynamic Breathwork journey.

After the ceremony you are warmly invited to stay for an optional Harvest Feast, where we will share nourishing food and community in honour of the season. If you wish to participate, please bring a heart warming dish to share with the others 

Let’s come together in harmony to welcome autumn beauty and embrace this moment of renewal. All are welcome to this peaceful and transformative celebration 

Cost is €35 per person and places must be reserved and paid for in advance.

About Us

This event will take place at Happy Coulson Studios, 60 Chemin Lahourcade, 65700 Lahitte-Toupière, France. Mats and other props are available to provide you ultimate comfort during the morning, however we do suggest bringing some creature comforts of your own, to really cultivate a felt sense of safety, allowing you to fully surrender and feel right at home.

Please also bring with you your favourite mug to indulge in a delicious cup of cacao.
