I discovered the Biodynamic Breathwork and Trauma Release system when I was doing some deep inner healing in my own personal life. To say it saved my life and changed it for the better is not an exaggeration. I made it my mission to learn this practice so that I could share it with the World and help others, like myself, to move from survive... to thrive.
The Biodynamic Breathwork and Trauma Release System® is a safe, gentle yet powerful somatic (body based) approach to trauma release, combining deep connected breathing, conscious movement, therapeutic touch / bodywork, sound, emotional expression and meditation.
BBTRS® provides not only an opportunity for the release of stuck trauma and chronic muscular tension, but the chance to regulate our nervous systems and truly reconnect with and trust our bodies again.

As a BBTRS® practitioner, it is my role to create a safe and supportive space for you to enter deep relaxation, whereby you feel less inhibited and free to express and release anything that may arise during a session.
Using the breath we begin to unlock deep core tension and suppressed emotions within the physical body. This often converts naturally into movement, sound or emotional expression. However, the combination of the 6 elements of BBTRS® create the perfect recipe to open and release the emotional charge and tension trapped within our physical and mental structures.
At the end of every session I will guide you into a short period of meditation, allowing the nervous system to down regulate and giving you the opportunity to integrate with what happened during the session.
My goal is to empower you by teaching you the skills to be able to regulate your own nervous system, reconnect with your body and intuition, and lovingly nurture your inner sanctuary, to lead a more peaceful and present life.

I also offer one to one guidance to help my clients learn more about their own unique nervous systems, and how to use breath and other practical techniques to better understand, navigate and regulate your nervous system and feel more empowered in your inner and outer Worlds.
