My 5 Pillars of Health
Women are beautifully unique and complex beings and for that reason, when it comes to health and wellbeing, there is no one size fits all.
Each of us came into this existence under very exclusive circumstances, into different families, cultures and religions.
Each of us were raised with with wildly contrasting expectations, conditioning and access to education, healthcare and support.
Each of us have our own biological blueprint.
We are truly one in a million. A limited edition.
And we all have very individual stories and experiences, and as a result our nervous systems have adapted and built respective patterns unlike no other.
Our trauma and stress impacts our nervous system and our hormones. These underpin the healthy functioning of all organs and systems of our body, including the reproductive, endochrine, lymphatic, metabolic, and digestive systems - our gut microbiome, our energy levels and our brain functions. If these are out of whack it impacts our posture, mobility and balance. It shapes our mood, levels of fulfillment, joy and gratitude -
and how we show up in the World.

All of these elements are all so intricately intertwined that we can't just focus on one area. Without a happy balance of all these pillars, there will ultimately be imbalance within us.
Physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
To achieve real integrated wellbeing, we must address the uniqueness of the female body and mind as a whole, otherwise we will always be missing vital puzzle pieces in our quest to heal, to find homeostasis and harmony in our lives.
It is my mission to educate and empower women on the fabulous functioning and natural rhythms of their beautiful bodies, to work with their bodies rather than against them, to slow down and cultivate safety in their inner and outer worlds to reduce stress, anxiety and overwhelm, and to heal & strengthen from the inside out to invite homeostasis & harmony into our lives.
But before we begin any deep healing, and strengthening, we have to start at the very foundations, to cultivate a felt sense of safety within the body and befriend the nervous system.
And our direct gateway to the nervous system is via... the breath.
